Meet your new coach...

Hi I'm Carly

Mum (to 1 human and 2 dogs), wife and coach...

I understand the competing demands of handling work and family life whilst trying to take care of your health. Exercise did not come easily to me (just ask my P.E teachers) but with the right coaching I was able to find my strength during my 30's. I'm proof that strength training is for everyone and it's never too late to start!

I've worked in the health and fitness space for 14 years. Initially as dietitian in the NHS and in 2020 I launched my coaching business to help frustrated women gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to reach their health goals.

FAQ

I haven't exercised for a while, will I be ok?

Within our community and coaching app you'll be guided on how to complete all exercises so you can complete your strength programme at your own pace throughout the session with coaching support.

What if I have injuries?

Before you start we'll ask you to complete a health check so we are aware of any exercise adaptations you need. Strong Bones Club is run by a qualified coach ad registered dietitian so support is on hand to help you include the right movements to support your strength.

Will I lose weight?

Whatever your goal you will be supported with balanced nutrition education to support you in your progress. So, yes - if you want to lose weight this is possible (and also ok if you don't)

I'm feeling nervous about going to a gym, can I start from home?

Of course you can! Many ladies that start at Strong Bones Club have never been to a gym and use our home training programmes to support their journey. And when you're ready for the gym... we've got you.

What do I need to pay after my first month?

You can continue benefitting from everything Strong Bones Club has to offer for just £40 per month, this will adjust automatically so there's no interruption to your membership... SUPER SIMPLE!
